Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main contact for account-related inquiries and ensure client satisfaction. 2. Sales Growth:
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Deliver regular sales presentations and product demos. 3. Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide insights to the product team for continuous improvement. 4. Reporting:
  • Generate and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to drive success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech or Executive Education.
  • Strong understanding of the education technology market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
