Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main contact for account-related inquiries and ensure client satisfaction. 2. Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Deliver regular sales presentations and product demos. 3. Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Provide insights to the product team for continuous improvement. 4. Reporting:
- Generate and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor key performance metrics to drive success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech or Executive Education.
- Strong understanding of the education technology market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
