Ready to make an impact in the HealthTech world? We’re looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on an exciting American HealthTech and Compliance Management product. This is a long-term, remote opportunity to collaborate on solutions that truly make a difference.
About project: You’ll be working on a cutting-edge platform designed for managing drug testing and compliance in the U.S. This platform started with pharmacy-sold testing kits, allowing employees to submit biological samples via smartphone. Now, with added healthcare partnerships, it helps businesses ensure their workforce is safe and compliant for critical roles like driving and warehouse operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead business analysis activities from start to finish, planning and managing throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Analyze solutions using the best practices, creating and maintaining a well-managed backlog of requirements.
- Be a key player in project ceremonies, offering insights and managing change requests to keep things moving smoothly.
- Contribute to presales processes, helping qualify leads and creating action plans that turn prospects into projects.
- Lead discovery phases—plan, align, and manage the discovery team while creating artifacts that present innovative solutions to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT outsourcing (we’re talking real-world expertise).
- Strong understanding of software development, stakeholder management, and strategic product development.
- Experience in market research, product strategy, and delivery road mapping.
- A pro at discovery, backlog management, and translating user stories into tangible requirements.
- Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) to help visualize your solutions.
- Someone who can take the lead, work autonomously, and navigate from concept to completion.
- Advanced English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
- Familiar with Scrum, Waterfall, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, and Figma.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have a technical background that helps you understand the nitty-gritty of IT projects.
- Have experience with B2B & B2B2C products.
- What’s in It for You:
- Make an Impact: Join a team working on a cutting-edge healthcare project that brings meaningful change.
- Grow with Us: Competitive salary, career growth opportunities, and regular performance reviews.
- Professional Development: Get 50-100% reimbursement for certifications and access to conferences to keep you ahead of the curve.
- Health Coverage: Enjoy medical insurance reimbursement to keep you covered.
