*ROLE OVERVIEW: *

As a Project Manager (Client Partner) at VaidyaRx, you will act as the primary point of contact for our client. You will manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that client needs are met while maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering results that align with client expectations and VaidyaRx's mission. This position is ideal for someone with a strong pharmaceutical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for healthcare innovation.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *

 * Serve as the primary liaison between VaidyaRx and client companies, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
 * Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
 * Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and data analysis, to ensure client requirements are met and projects align with VaidyaRx's strategic objectives.
 * Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them.
 * Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with VaidyaRx services.
 * Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

*QUALIFICATIONS: *

* Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare Management, or a related field with
Undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
 * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.  * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  * Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.  * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.  * Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
