We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead and build our in-house digital marketing team from the ground up.
Marketing Associate-Content /Digital Marketing plays a crucial role in crafting engaging, informative, and search engine optimized content for our platform. This individual will collaborate closely with the teams to produce high-quality content that enhances the online presence of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Team Leadership
- Develop & lead and a team of Digital Marketing Executives to achieve performance targets.
Lead Generation
Oversee database mining activities to identify and target potential markets
Plan and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Campaign Management
- Coordinate and execute LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, Landing pages, campaigns etc to increase brand visibility and lead generation
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Lead Qualification
Implement lead qualification processes to ensure the quality of leads generated.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion goals.
Agency Collaboration
Work closely with external marketing agencies to coordinate and optimize marketing campaigns.
Provide guidance and direction to agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Digital Marketing with experience in B2B lead generation
Demonstrated success in managing and leading a high-performing marketing team
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
