*By joining Tidio as a Head of Partnerships, you will become a crucial member of our international marketing team and a lead for the team of 2 people. You will take ownership of developing and managing partnerships field (agencies, and platforms) to drive growth and enhance Tidio's market presence. *

As the Head of Partnerships, you will:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy and outreach to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new platforms, agencies, and affiliates for partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals and maintain existing partnerships.
  • Build and manage a partnerships pipeline.
  • Led a team of 2 partnership managers.
  • Represent the company at IRL and virtual events to network with potential partners.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to integrate partnership activities with overall business strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to improve partnership strategies continuously.

You are the perfect fit if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in the partnerships field and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive significant business results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive people toward common goals.
  • A proactive approach to driving initiatives and improvements.
