*By joining Tidio as a Head of Partnerships, you will become a crucial member of our international marketing team and a lead for the team of 2 people. You will take ownership of developing and managing partnerships field (agencies, and platforms) to drive growth and enhance Tidio's market presence. *
As the Head of Partnerships, you will:
- Create and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy and outreach to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new platforms, agencies, and affiliates for partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals and maintain existing partnerships.
- Build and manage a partnerships pipeline.
- Led a team of 2 partnership managers.
- Represent the company at IRL and virtual events to network with potential partners.
- Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to integrate partnership activities with overall business strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to improve partnership strategies continuously.
You are the perfect fit if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in the partnerships field and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive significant business results.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive people toward common goals.
- A proactive approach to driving initiatives and improvements.
