Our mission is to help our clients build reliable customer acquisition systems, and we're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and take our clients' ad performance to the next level.
The Opportunity:
You will be the driving force behind our clients’ user acquisition success.
Your role will be to manage and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring every dollar spent delivers maximum ROI.
With our talented team backing you, we’re looking for an analytical mastermind who lives and breathes SaaS marketing and knows exactly how to reduce customer acquisition costs while scaling ad spend.
What you'll do:
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring top performance and maximum ROI.
Handle pixel installation and management to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
Develop media plans and structure campaigns for optimal performance and scalability.
Create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Work closely without creative teams to produce high-quality ad creatives and leverage data for campaign optimization.
Requirements:
Our dream candidate has...
2-3 years of experience in a media buying role, ideally within an agency or a consumer startup.
Proven track record of profitable ad spend with over $1M managed, preferably in SaaS marketing.
Proficiency in Meta, Google, and TikTok paid social advertising.
Expertise in GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Posthog.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present results effectively.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based user acquisition strategies.
