As a performance marketing specialist, you will ideate, execute and manage paid acquisition channels end-to-end with a keen focus on growing the revenue. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in analyzing data to get insights, and make informed decisions as we scale up.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Amplitude.
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs)
- Work closely with content and design to continually create and optimize marketing creatives that work
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and CPA
Our ideal candidates would
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a performance marketer
- Proficiency with ad platforms across Meta and Google. Twitter and Ads Terra experience is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of data, analytics and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to identify creative gaps to help drive better campaigns
- Prior knowledge of driving paid traffic for B2C SaaS is a plus
