About the role

As a Product Designer at Argo Labs, you will be at the forefront of designing the innovative software solutions that drive our products forward. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape our product direction and design culture.

What you’ll do

• Drive product strategy and design high-quality features from concept to launch

• Create user flows, prototypes, and polished visual designs

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation

• Conduct user research and apply insights to refine products

• Contribute to our design system and help establish design processes

• Participate in design critiques and help cultivate a strong design culture

• Assist in growing and developing the design team

You might be a good fit if you

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping software products

• Have designed, iterated, and shipped 4 or more products end-to-end

• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX, UI, and interaction design skills

• Ability to solve complex interaction design problems, especially for conversational AI interfaces

• Excellent visual design and prototyping skills (we use Figma)

• Experience with design systems and familiarity with technical tools (e.g., Git, VSCode)

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

• Passion for AI and enthusiasm for shaping AI-first product interactions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints in AI-driven products
