Product Designer

As an early-stage company, we’re growing fast, and we're looking for a creative and technically adept Product Designer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with engineers to design user-centric solutions, leveraging technical insights to make better-informed design decisions.
• Own the design process end-to-end, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity mockups and final implementation.
• Design with responsiveness in mind, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices and platforms.
• Take ownership of learning our product inside and out, becoming a subject matter expert to deeply understand our users and their needs.
• Make data-driven design decisions, using user research to guide your design process and ensure optimal usability.
• Prioritize design work that fits with the fast-paced demands of a high-growth startup environment.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users and gather continuous feedback to optimize design iterations.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Knowledge: While you don’t need to be an engineer, you should have a strong grasp of technical concepts and be able to make design decisions that align with engineering best practices. Understanding how design impacts development will be key.
• Ownership Mentality: This is a highly autonomous role. We need someone who is proactive, can take ownership of complex problems, and find creative solutions.
• Early-Stage Startup Experience: You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where things are always evolving. If you’ve worked in early-stage companies before or thrive in environments with constant change, you'll fit right in.
• Creative Problem Solver: You’ll be faced with challenges that don’t have a clear path forward. Your ability to think on your feet and deliver top-notch solutions will be essential.
