About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele-Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls to various business entities across the UAE, UK, and USA. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, establish strong relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses in the UAE, UK, and USA to introduce our products/services.
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Present and demonstrate the value of our products/services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B tele-sales or a similar sales role, preferably with a focus on cold calling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with the business landscape in the UAE, UK, and USA is advantageous.
