Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Partnerships Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the senior care industry. This includes fostering meaningful relationships and effective communication with partners to align efforts with Assisted Living Magazine’s objectives.

As a Partnerships Associate, you are expected to fulfill the following:

Researching and identifying potential partnership opportunities aligned with our mission in the senior living space;
Reaching out to potential partners, establishing initial contact to explore meaningful collaboration opportunities;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic partnership strategies and proposals;
Conducting negotiations for partnership terms and agreements;
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and continued collaboration;
Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement; and
Assisting in organizing events and initiatives that strengthen partnerships and foster a broader network within the senior living industry.
Ideal Partnerships Associate should have:

Demonstrated proven experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles;
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; and
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Experience in Hubspot (preferred but not required).
