CTO - Decentralized Fund building the 'Sharing Economy' (Blockchain/Crypto/web3)

Share is a global community decentralizing funding towards basic human need infrastructure developing the 'Sharing Economy' of the future.

Leveraging its token liquidity to finance for-profit physical infrastructure that provides basic human need services, we aim to create the largest decentralized (De-) funding ecosystem towards physical infrastructure networks (-PIN) to scale DePIN and Impact.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with extensive experience in blockchain technologies, particularly in Rust, Solidity, and EVM smart contract development. This role is critical as we expand our team to include a 4th key member who will be instrumental in driving our project forward across blockchains and digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
0 - Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts to automate network transactions.
0 - Design and implement EVM-based solutions and integrations with mutli-chains.
0 - Collaborate with our team to design scalable and secure decentralized applications (dApps) for data and investor impact tracking.
0 - Maintain and improve existing codebases.
0 - Engage with the community and contribute to open-source projects developments.
0 - Be the voice of reason as the technical leadership of the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1 - Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
1 - Strong proficiency in blockchain development, particularly with Rust, Solidity, and EVM.
1 - Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
1 - Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, etc.) for digital product development.
1 - Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and infrastructure.
1 - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
1 - Excellent communication and teamwork skills around project management (such as SCRUM).

Preferred Qualifications:
2 - Experience with Solana blockchain.
2 - Understanding of tokenomics and blockchain economics around the "Sharing" economies.
2 - Experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications.
2 - Willingness to relocate and travel globally.
