About the role

We're a very small team (just two of us!) that are looking for another founding engineer to join us on the ground floor. We are funded and have a huge opportunity in front of us.

• Pre-launch company (launching later this year)
• Full time
• Competitive salary
• React, NextJS, Tailwind, Vercel, Prisma, Postgres, OpenAI API (w/ function calling)
• Flexible work times, work when you do your best work
• No meetings (seriously, we communicate very well on Slack/Loom)
• Focus on craftsmanship in our product
• No product managers. Instead, engineers have insights into customer requests, and are encouraged to have ideas for products/features and scope them (scope can just mean writing a few points about what it does in Slack)
• Engineers will earn ultimate flexibility, freedom, and autonomy.
• We are here to build high quality products, and enjoy work.
• Instead of scaling past 5 engineers, each engineer will leverage AI.
• Fully remote

About you

• 7+ years experience
• Experience working with our tech stack
• Thrive in an environment where you are given one big feature/product to build, and can create something amazing
