AI Assistant for Research using state of the art language models (ChatGPT for Research)

And with almost weekly feature launches since our inception, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Our team of experts in design, front-end, full-stack engineering, and machine learning is already in place, but we're always on the lookout for new talent to help us take things to the next level. Our user base is super engaged and always eager to provide feedback, making Scispace one of the most advanced applications of language models out there.

The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, empathetic, passionate about helping others, can communicate effectively with diverse groups and has a desire to build a positive relationship with our users. Knowledge of Research writing is not a must, however, applicants interested in the domain are encouraged to apply! :)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including online research, inbound leads, outbound calls, and emails.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of SaaS product and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up- to- date sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track progress and report on key metrics.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the Middle East region.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and strategies, and with the customer success team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the CXO's

Our ideal candidates would

  • 4+ years of inside sales experience working on SaaS products or technology products.
  • Ability to communicate product philosophy and benefits very lucidly.
  • Can conduct demo-sessions at various universitiy campuses, if required. Should be confident in closing high ticket size Enterprise sales.
  • Problem solver. Has an ability to build organic lead generation systems.
  • Should be able to do Account management, that should translate in more renewals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
