OVERVIEW: This key role at SeeMe is aimed towards high-performing professionals with extensive experience leading growth initiatives for an early-stage startup. SeeMe has recently soft-launched our dating app in Miami and is gearing up to enter the next stages of traction and growth. Though this role is initially part-time, we expect to scale quickly over the coming months, which requires a dedicated mindset to lead these critical growth efforts within the company. Following our Seed capital raise, the company will look to transition this role into a full-time position with a competitive salary and heightened equity offering.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Chief Growth Officer, you would be at the forefront of driving the overall growth and success of SeeMe. You will work closely with the CEO and Marketing Director to develop and spearhead the execution of our growth strategy, encompassing strategic growth planning, partnership and business development, affiliate marketing, revenue and user growth, brand expansion, and investor relations. --Growth Planning - Develop comprehensive growth strategies and conduct market and competitive analysis.
--Strategic Partnerships - Form deals and structure agreements with various partners to further SeeMe's growth objectives. These partnerships include influencer, ambassador, educational, content, local business/event, brand/corporate, tech, and community partnerships.
--Affiliate Marketing - Set up affiliate programs, organize commission structure, monitor, analyze, and optimize.
--Public Relations - Represent the company at various PR events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
--Investor Relations and Fundraising - Collaborate with the CEO to conduct investor outreach initiatives, develop and execute fundraising strategies, and engage with potential investors to secure funding.
COMMITMENT: 30 - 40 hours per month; remote.
EQUITY COMPENSATION: 90,000 - 140,000 shares (0.9 - 1.4% company ownership), issued through stock options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience as an early-stage CGO, CMO, Director of Business Development / Strategic Partnerships, or similar role for a successful startup.
-Extensive network of contacts beneficial to SeeMe's growth objectives (investors, influencers, brands, partners, etc.)
-Ability to think creatively and strategically about growth opportunities, with a focus on innovation and scalability.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing SeeMe during interviews, podcasts, networking events, and other PR related endeavors.
-Must be a US citizen.
