The Job

We are seeking mission-driven Sales Development Representative who wants to work on the cutting edge of digital health technology. We know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a customer prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up Account Executives for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Role and responsibilities

  • Representing the company’s products and services in a professional manner.
  • Generating appointments for AEs and building relationships by nurturing leads and prospects.
  • Identifying best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
  • Utilizing Salesforce.com to document activities, calls, and opportunities.
  • Extensive calling and supporting activities for various sales campaigns.
  • Reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities, scheduled meetings, and sales results.

Desired experience

  • One or more years of experience in sales, SDR, or telemarketing, with a track record of exceeding lead generation targets and assisting with achieving team sales quotas.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, communication, and active listening skills via video conferencing and/or phone.
  • Strong writing skills, including texting, email, and social media platforms.
  • Working from a remote, home, or office location.
  • Proven, creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
