Summary:

Force Fitters is a fast-growing startup providing innovative solutions to companies who need safety clothing, uniforms, and corporate apparel. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. You will play an important role in driving revenue and achieving our sales goals. This is your chance to be part of a fast paced entrepreneurial environment where your ideas are valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Become well versed in Force Fitters product and service offerings
  • Identify and qualify new leads through a variety of channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, and email marketing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to position our products and services effectively
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
  • Coordinate the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Setup and maintain customer workflows in CRM
  • Track and manage sales pipeline
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Help coordinate trade show schedule and attend events as requested
  • Assist with execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales role
  • Proven track record of success in generating and closing deals preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
