We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help us expand our reach. If you're passionate about building meaningful connections and have a knack for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

What to expect:

In your first month, immerse yourself in our sales process and mission by shadowing our founders.

By month two, take the reins and start building your own pipeline, with our full support.

In month three, own your sales universe, setting meetings, closing deals, and pushing the boundaries of your ambition.

Requirements

  • Experienced in sales, with a proven track record of setting meetings with cold outreach
  • A risk-taker who thrives in uncertainty and is always ready to step out of your comfort zone.
  • A lifelong learner, constantly seeking to improve your skills, strategies, and sales techniques.

Additional Skills

  • Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for sales, including prospecting and booking meetings
  • Experience leading discovery calls

Benefits

Base salary range: $45k-$55k, based on experience.

Uncapped commission: Earn 100% commission on each customer's first month of subscription, with an average monthly deal size of $4,500. Average 2-3 closes a month.
