About the job
We are a London-based tech company working on one of the most ambitious projects in the AR/VR space. Backed by top-tier venture capital, we’re building a team of innovators from companies like Meta, Google, Spotify, Uber, and BCG.
We’re looking for a VR Games Enthusiast to join our team as a Content and Operations Intern. If you’re someone who’s constantly in Discord channels, always up-to-date with VR gaming trends, and active in VR communities, we want you on our team to help lead our content acquisition for game recordings. This is a 3-6 month role in London (start date on a rolling basis), where you'll work closely with our founders, product manager, and operations team to drive user acquisition and engagement in VR gaming.
Ideal Candidate:
- Current student or recent graduate from a leading university/college, with a deep passion for VR gaming and communities
- Highly active in VR gaming communities and Discord servers, with strong familiarity and direct experience playing VR games
- Enthusiastic about gaming, media, and the potential of AR/VR as the future of entertainment
- A natural salesperson with a flair for engaging and building rapport, especially in gaming communities
- Creative, action-oriented, and ready to make decisive contributions to our user acquisition efforts
- Demonstrated passion for startups and getting things running from ground-up
- Quick learner with a strong drive to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect with, and onboard users/content to our platform through engagement in VR communities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support user acquisition and expand our offerings in VR content
- Help grow our social media presence by creating, scheduling, and analysing gaming-related content
- Work closely with founders and team members to define and execute content strategy for VR gaming
If you live and breathe VR games, have a knack for convincing people and community engagement, we’d love to hear from you!
