One of our ideas, EventCRM, is a dynamic project dedicated to transforming the event management and catering industry by addressing challenges related to manual coordination, communication gaps, task management, and more. We are looking for a professional to join our founding team as an Sales and Customer Onboarding Executive focusing in the event management sector, to ensure new customers have a smooth and positive experience as they begin using our product.
Considerations prior to applying:

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with customers to understand their needs, prospecting new clients, and qualifying leads to ensure a good fit with our offerings. You will drive the entire sales process, from initial engagement through to closing deals, while also managing the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and long-term satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales and customer onboarding is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Qualification:
- Identify and prospect new clients, and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our offerings. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support ongoing sales efforts.
Drive Sales:
- Engage with customers primarily on-site to foster relationships and drive initial sales.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through each stage, along with accurate forecasting for each project.
Customer Engagement:
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS sales or sales in the events industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate is proficient in both English and Hindi + 1 local language. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Ability to take initiative, work efficiently, and respond quickly to changes in a dynamic environment.
-Experience with Google suite of productivity applications (Gmail, Gcalendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Slack.
