Overview

As a Talent Partner at Dragonfly, you'll join a tight-knit, thoughtful, and collaborative team with extensive experience building successful start-ups from scratch and leading recruiting organizations with dozens of contributors at some of the world's best-known companies.

Our mission is to be the center of gravity for talent in crypto. This requires a multipronged strategy, and you'll help contribute to one of its key pillars: our candidate network, which is one of the most robust and vital in the space. You'll be responsible for bringing in the best talent to help us scale and grow the industry. In addition, you'll own internal searches at Dragonfly, ensuring we continue to grow an exceptional team. You'll also have the input on industry-leading, actionable research; form relationships with many of the industry's brightest minds; and directly help founders build their teams.

This is a rare opportunity to play a critical role at one of the very few crypto-native funds with diverse and global roots. You should be passionate about crypto and comfortable with flexible, entrepreneurial work environments.

Functional Responsibilities

• Operate in a full-life-cycle capacity, supporting top-of-funnel strategy in negotiating and closing for internal roles
• Partner with hiring managers on creating hiring processes and strategy
• Source talent through various platforms and include them in our weekly portfolio candidate distribution
• Speak to and evaluate candidates weekly with the goal of building long-term relationships
• Develop a thorough understanding of our portfolio so as to skillfully pitch and handmatch/introduce candidates to individual companies
• Consistently deliver high-quality candidate experience and pipeline
• Own data integrity and quality, ensuring everything is correctly tracked in our systems
• Constantly update and improve current systems, processes, and data integrity
• Provide drop-in sourcing support for high-priority roles across the portfolio and internally at Dragonfly

Requirements

• Ability to find, engage, and close various levels and profiles of talent
• Setup and run hiring processes, pipelines, and closing strategies
• Ability to skillfully evaluate and connect talent to multiple companies in our portfolio
• Track record of building long-term relationships with candidates, founders, and recruiters
• Experience producing talent market maps, dossiers, and reports
• Ability to consistently maintain data integrity and work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of ownership and accountability

Preferred

• Several years of experience in crypto or venture capital
• Adept at sourcing both technical and non-technical profiles
• Experience as a full-life cycle recruiter who loves to source

Note: The general salary range for this role is $190k-210k, although we will pay commensurate to experience.
