Community Manager

As a Community Management Intern at Shelf, you'll collaborate closely with our founding team to enhance and engage our vibrant community of users across various platforms, particularly focusing on WhatsApp and our in-app community features.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of community engagement strategies across WhatsApp and in-app platforms.
• Monitor and manage community interactions, ensuring timely responses and fostering a positive environment.
• Conduct community feedback surveys to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and curate engaging content to drive community participation and interaction.
• Analyze community metrics to measure engagement levels and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience.
• Internship experience in community management or social media management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using WhatsApp and community management tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for building and nurturing online communities.
• Experience in content creation and copywriting is a plus.
