Plan, implement, and oversee campaigns that promote and elevate the company, our products, and our service offerings across Paid, Owned, and Earned Media channels.
Your job would involve creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns that are designed to drive specific actions, such as clicks, sign-ups, or purchases with the primary objective to generate measurable results and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing performance-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, email, and display advertising.
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as design, content, and analytics, to develop campaign assets and track performance.
- Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.
Required Skills
- Passionate about the outdoors and sports. A passion for cycling is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Needs to have experience in both the creative and technical aspects of marketing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring brevity and accuracy of marketing messages
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to make data-driven decisions.
- Writing compelling copy that speaks to the target audience
- Understands customer segmentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful performance-based marketing campaigns that drive results.
