As the Director, Product and Solutions Marketing for CIAM Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving our go-to-market strategy for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires a top performer with a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our CIAM solutions.
You Will:
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for CIAM solutions.
- Create and manage a wide range of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and presentations.
- Work closely with sales, product management, and other teams to establish and communicate product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Support global product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with field marketing teams.
- Act as a spokesperson for CIAM solutions at industry events, webinars, and other speaking engagements.
You Have:
- Proven experience in product and solutions marketing, particularly in the identity and access management space.
- Strong content creation skills, including the ability to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives, sales teams, and customers.
- Deep understanding of CIAM solutions and the broader IAM market.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
You Have an Advantage if You Have:
- Experience marketing to large enterprises and understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in CIAM.
- Technical background or experience working with enterprise software solutions.
- Ability and willingness to accommodate up to 25% travel.
Base Hiring Range: $163,750-$200,000
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
