- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of myHQ's virtual office offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to address the specific needs of leads.
- Sales Process:
- Guide leads through the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and effective communication.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to align our solutions with the identified needs of leads.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide ongoing support to leads, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Gather feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our virtual office solutions.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progression in the sales pipeline.
- Generate reports on lead conversion rates, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to optimize the lead nurturing and conversion process.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve the overall lead management process.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead management and conversion, preferably in the virtual office or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with virtual office solutions and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
