myHQ by ANAROCK is a fast-growing tech startup in the commercial real estate industry. Were looking for a customer success specialist who will roll up their sleeves and lead from the trenches. As a key member of the leadership team, the specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.
Role and Responsibilities:
1) User Experience: Resolving the day to day user queries and making sure that the user gets a good experience at all myHQ spaces for on demand product.
2) User Feedback and Retention: Take constant feedback from our users of their experience and work on improving our services
3) Coordination with our partner spaces to ensure experience does not get hampered, leads are handled systematically
4) Onboarding Team: Working with the space onboarding team in assessing the space qualities if they meet the myHQ requirement. Managing space queries and training the space management post space goes live on myHQ platform.
An ideal candidate will be:
Pro-active, collaborative, creative, and energetic
Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate.
Very polished and excellent communication skills.
Experience: At least 2 years experience of leading customer success team in a SAAS firm, tech startup.
