- Matthieu - CTO & Co-founder: Matt built machine learning solutions at Brain Corp for 3 years. After that, he became a founding team member at Paragon, a YC-backed Series A startup, where he architected and developed system integrations from 0 to 1.
- Aziz - CEO & Co-founder: Aziz is an MIT MBA candidate and a graduate of Johns Hopkins with over 10 years of experience in supply chain logistics and finance. He spent 7 years at BCG, where he led multi-million dollar growth efforts within the supply chain and logistics industry. Afterward, he founded and scaled a logistics company to $10M in ARR within 15 months and successfully exited.

🤓 The role
We are looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in generating leads and driving revenue growth for our cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and utilize provided lists to develop targeted outreach campaigns in the logistics industry.
- Proactively search online databases to identify new prospects interested in AI solutions.
- Engage with prospects through personalized outreach via email and social media and cold calls.
- Craft compelling messages to communicate Mentium’s unique value proposition.
- Qualify leads based on needs and solution alignment.
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth transition from contact to demo.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospect interactions in CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for scheduled demos and qualified leads.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
- You should have 3+ years of sales experience in early stage startups, including using various tools to search for prospects, sending tailored cold emails, and setting up sales calls.
- Solid understanding of navigating databases (Apollo, LinkedIn, and Crunchbase)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Ability to learn quickly and drive a project independently, without needing micromanagement.
- Experience working in a small startup environment (Seed or Series A)
