The Role:
Trint was launched in 2014 as a direct-to-consumer product and has grown into a well-established Enterprise brand in the media vertical. We are looking for someone to supercharge growth in both direct digital subscribers and Enterprise pipeline. This new role, Director of Growth Marketing, will drive Trint’s global expansion. We have built the foundations and now need a strong and experienced partner to take it to the next level, accelerating growth and delivering on our ambitions.
The primary objectives of this role are to grow new customers (both digital subscribers and Enterprise customers); retain and nurture existing customers; and build the Trint brand in our key markets: North America, UK, Europe and Latin America.
The Director of Growth Marketing will lead and mature an established marketing operation, and collaborate closely with both functional leaders and the Company’s Senior Leadership Team. This is a role for a dynamic, commercially-oriented and profit-minded marketer who is comfortable in a resource lean, ever-changing scale-up environment. You will be a critical member of the Commercial Leadership Team, reporting into the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer).
You will lead a small-but-skilled team and manage agencies across Growth, Performance and Retention. You will partner with Brand and Content to build a cohesive Marketing strategy to increase our digital subscriber base and build a strong inbound pipeline for our Enterprise sales team.
You will own key metrics such as the number of inbound MQLs, number of monthly subscribers and monthly revenue from direct online sales.
Working with the CCO on the marketing vision, you will be an expert in building a strategy for strong performing Demand Generation and executing on it. A critical focus is building SEO/SEM programs, paid channels and affiliates. You will be responsible for a substantial budget to test, review and scale our marketing channels.
