The Role

Industry-leading business operating in the growing Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality market and offering unique solutions to businesses globally. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join the Marketing team.
Day to day, the role will involve researching and then getting in contact with prospective customers, asking the right questions to understand their business needs, and ultimately arranging an appointment for our business development team/ Sales team to close the deal. Winning people over won’t always be easy however, with your natural curiosity and confidence it’s a challenge you’ll thrive on.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, and identify and deliver new opportunities for acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end CRM function
  • Using a targeted approach, identify and target clients who are best suited to the solutions
  • Generate new business leads and arrange meetings
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign delivery, including: Personalisation, Testing, Briefing copy and creative, Campaign build, Reporting, Optimisation
  • Finding and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling/lead generation

About You

  • An excellent communicator with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Data focused with strong analysis and reporting skills
  • HubSpot experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Previous experience and proven track record in delivering successful, integrated CRM campaigns
  • Proven track record of targeting and acquiring clients
  • Ability to hit and exceed targets
