Social Media Manager - Intern

Note- The stipend for this role is Rs 10,000/month, with ppo. Time duration - 3 months
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) , key responsibilities area (KRAs) and track the success of social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Foster and engage with our online community across social media platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for social media partnerships and collaborations.
• Collaborate with influencers and thought leaders to expand our social reach.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and growth.
• Utilize paid advertising on social media platforms effectively.
• Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns.
• Use data insights to optimize strategies and enhance the impact of social media efforts.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of the social media landscape across all social platforms’ features, formats, and technology
• Solid experience in using different social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite,Talkwalker etc.
• Digitally savvy and actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities
• Understand popular social networks including formats, design principles, key differentiators, functionality, and user behavior
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Attention to detail
