What we're looking for:

You are at AE for at least 6 months but ideally 1y+

You're a role model for AE core values, live and breathe our client guarantee

You're seen as a leader by your team member and they usually ask for your help when they're blocked or need help

You are emphatic person that can put yourself on other people shoes but also have good business sense and can deal with tough problems generating growth and the best outcome possible

What we expect from you:

Perform 1:1 priming individuals to follow client guarantee and deliver project success

Submit 1:1 notes on a weekly basis as soon as the 1:1 happens

Deal and solve potential problems immediately on 1:1s defusing people or scale to director of 1:1s

Integrated PD, PM and other stakeholders to problem solving process

Foster growth in the right direction helping the individual and the business
