The Role

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Human Resources Associate to join our team with a primary focus on recruitment, complemented by HR administration and operational support as needed. Experience in startup culture is a strong advantage for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand startup-specific staffing needs and contribute to building high-performing teams.
  • Manage recruitment-related documentation and maintain candidate databases efficiently.
  • Assist in developing creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the competitive startup landscape.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office perks, and coordinating special events or initiatives.
  • Contribute to operational activities including documentation, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
  • Uphold and promote the startup culture and values within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of startup culture and dynamics.
  • Experience of Web3 industry will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and techniques to identify and engage top talent.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment typical of startup companies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience in HR administrative tasks and operational support within a startup setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
