Role Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will lead efforts to expand Haul’s footprint by selling our cutting-edge fleet management software to small, medium and large transportation companes. This role is perfect for those who excel in customer relationships and are driven to succeed. Haul is looking for a Account Executives who is enthusiastic, results-oriented, and enjoy the potential for unlimited earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust client portfolio through effective lead generation, calling, and persuasive communication with decision-makers.
- Act as a consultative partner to clients, providing insights on service offerings, market trends, and industry benchmarks, and delivering tailored quotes.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high levels of service and continuous communication.
- Drive the sales process by qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings, and closing deals.
- Identify key stakeholders within target organizations to facilitate business development.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in Haul’s CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring all customer interactions and data are up to date.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve our service offerings and processes to add value to our client relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
- You are a proactive self-starter committed to achieving results.
- You have 2-5 years experience in sales, preferably with a background in the transportation or software industries.
- You possess strong negotiation skills, confidence, and the ability to persuade others.
- You are capable of managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks to maximize profitability.
- You excel in building relationships and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- You are skilled in making proactive decisions and solving problems efficiently.
- You demonstrate persistence and resilience, even under pressure.
- You have familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot.
