We're an early-stage startup with a disruptive product poised to take the North American market by storm. We're searching for a growth-focused marketing specialist to spearhead our demand generation, product marketing, and lead gen efforts.

You're a Marketing Swiss Army Knife:
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a growth mindset.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful demand gen campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience crafting compelling product messaging and positioning for early-stage products.
Adept at lead generation strategies, nurturing pipelines, and driving qualified leads.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
Data-driven and comfortable using tools to manage and analyze marketing performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create captivating content and engage audiences.

Bonus points for:
Experience in the North American market, particularly B2B tech.
A passion for our industry and understanding of our target audience.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.

What You'll Do:
Own the North American marketing strategy from demand generation to lead nurturing.
Develop and execute compelling product messaging and launch campaigns.
Manage lead generation strategies across multiple channels to fill the pipeline with qualified leads.
Analyze marketing data and report on campaign performance to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product) to ensure alignment and growth.
