True-Metric

True-Metric is a project in very early stage. A stealth startup ran by an Antler alumnus, the goal of the project at this point is to commit to validating a hyphotesis which once validated will enable us to launch an HR Tech tool.

Please be informed that the goal of this role (as outlined below) will be broken down by different stages:

  • "Validation stage": finding unorthodox solutions on how to source customer interviewees, launch surveys and gather bottom to top data in order to validate a hyphotesis.
  • "Gaining Traction stage": attracting early customers and participating actively in collecting and transmiting feedback in order to improve the product.
  • "Scaling Stage": That one would be up to you to build

Responsibilities

Validation stage:

  • Validate market problems and ensure the company's direction aligns with market needs through continuous feedback loops.

Gaining Traction stage:

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead outreach efforts to engage potential clients, build relationships, and secure partnerships.
  • Maintain and organize a comprehensive database of clients and prospects to streamline communication and tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in startup sales or partnerships, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to devise innovative and agile solutions, independently develop systems, and establish efficient workflows.
  • Willingness to commit a minimum of 2 hours per day initially, with the flexibility to transition to a full-time role as the company scales and finances permit.

This is an opportunity to join as a co-founder in a fast-paced startup environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory and will have the opportunity to make a direct impact from the outset.

P.S: This is an equity based role until the company accumulates enough traction/ funding to afford paying for full-time commitment.
