As the Revenue Operations, Process Automation Manager (Quote to Cash), you'll report to the Director of Revenue Operations. You'll oversee end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes within Salesforce, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and Contracts teams to streamline operations. You'll manage cross-functional programs impacting operational execution and top-line growth. You'll be working with a smart, driven, and passionate team that values thoughtfulness and caring interactions with colleagues and customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the business process owner for Salesforce for end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes, including Month-End-Close, Quoting, Contracts, Legal, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Accounting leadership to streamline processes and improve business efficiencies. Scope and prioritize stakeholder roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with Revenue Recognition, SOX compliance, and Revenue Reporting requirements
  • Own cross-functional programs and processes to enhance operational execution and drive top-line growth
  • Work closely with broader Finance Operations, Business Technologies, and Data Analytics teams to optimize Salesforce and other relevant systems.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through efficient Quote-to-Cash Processes

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations at a SaaS based company
  • BA/BS degree in a business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in Salesforce CPQ; familiarity with tools such as SAP, HighRadius, Mulesoft, Snowflake is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira.
  • Deep experience leveraging a variety of business systems to solve complex problems that drive business outcomes
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, manage up, and build consensus across a variety of teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively execute and lead a project from conception to completion.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS business industry best practices, common tools, and hands on experience administering or building with these tools to solve common business problems
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data hierarchies and working with structured data inside of CRM and outside of CRM (Excel/ Tableau)
  • Experience with a highly varied and distributed tool stack, with an emphasis on common Finance and Integrations tools.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership, outline business challenges with analytic rigor, quantify the next steps, and manage expectations.

This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our US office locations.

We are not currently working with external recruiters to fill this role.

The US base salary range for this position is $77,360 to $106,370 + annual bonus + benefits.
