Systems Developer Expert

Position: Systems Developer Expert
Location: Albany, NY
Engagement Length: 30 months
Schedule: 8 hours daily between 7:30 am and 6 pm
Payrate: $50 - $55 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher, employing MVC Architecture, .Net Core, JavaScript, Angular 2+, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs, and WCF.
• Script creation and modification of Oracle tables, including indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., and coding of stored procedures and packages.
• Address application report issues by diagnosing and troubleshooting rules, calculations, and data problems using Crystal Reports.
• Mentor and support programmers, providing debugging guidance, troubleshooting assistance, security recommendations, and deployment support.
• Utilize TFS for source code repository management, including branching off new versions.
• Manage incidents and service requests within the IT Service Management System.
• Develop applications compliant with HIPAA standards for Protected Health Information.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 84+ months of industry experience, demonstrating leadership and expertise.

Requested Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Visual Studio for n-tier web deployment.
• Proficiency in Oracle 11G+, including SQL, PL/SQL, and query optimization.
• Expertise in modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Experience with .Net Core MVC and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web-services development using WCF.
• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code management.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance in application development.
