About the role
Eli is looking for a Production Operator. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Assemble product parts according to specifications in a timely manner.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before shipping
Maintain inventory levels to sustain production
Receive, store, and distribute raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
Operate machinery in the manufacturing process
Enter data accurately into the digital inventory system
Follow the Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines
Complete batch manufacturing as per the timeline
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while upholding safety and quality standards
Perform all duties in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety guidelines and Company policies
Perform housekeeping to maintain manufacturing areas in a safe and orderly condition
Demonstrate flexibility to meet demands during peak production times
Complete and record daily pre/post-shift tasks
Perform instrument calibrations and equipment maintenance as needed
Attend daily and weekly meetings punctually and consistently
About you
You have a High school diploma or equivalent.
You have Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive environment
You have the ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible hours depending on demand
You have strong attention to detail and time management skills
You have strong reading comprehension and basic math skills and have ability to read and interpret documents such as batch records, SOPs, and safety guidelines
You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
You are able to follow instructions for operating equipment and maintaining required records
You are able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
You are capable of lifting 30 pounds
