Job Description:
Position Overview: As a B2B Sales Lead at Ishay Gurukula, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing B2B relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales efforts and generate revenue from corporate clients who can benefit from our e-learning solutions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategic plans, ensuring the successful acquisition of new business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential B2B clients through research, industry networking, and cold outreach to establish a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, understanding their specific needs and pain points.
Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our e-learning solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations and proposals to their unique requirements.
Customized Solutions: Collaborate with our product and development teams to create customized e-learning solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address objections, and work towards closing deals that align with our revenue and growth targets.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently identifying new opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent message and lead generation strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling software or technology solutions.
Must have sold products/solutions to educational institutions
Should have domain knowledge for rest of the world sales.
Strong understanding of e-learning and digital education trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
