Our unique compensation package includes equity at the end of an initial 4 months internship, full time equivalent, offering you a stake in our vision. We ask for a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. Furthermore, upon the anticipated closing of our fundraising round or when our sales generate sufficient cash flow, you can expect not only revenue share but also a competitive salary. What You Will Be Doing
You will have an important role working as part of the team, working directly with:
the CEO for HR: recruitment: post new positions, process the talent pipeline all the way to final interview with CxO, contracts and onboarding.
the CGO for Marketing / Bus Dev:
- Lead and contact collection
- Direct outreach to leads
- Market research
Qualifications
- you are fluent English communication (written and speaking)
- you are a good communicator, responsive & organized
- you are detail-oriented
- you are self-motivated and work well in small teams
- you are solution-driven
- you can work remotely
