The Role:
As a Marketing Executive at Alpha Bravo Studios, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client campaigns across social media, content, and influencer verticals. From assisting in campaign strategy to managing influencer marketing campaigns and producing engaging visual assets, you will contribute to the overall success of our projects, working directly with industry-leading clients, and continuing to develop our existing reputation as a leading boutique agency.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and manage content strategies across multiple channels, including organic social, paid social, OOH, and influencer marketing verticals.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok and Instagram, liaising with creators to agree on creative, scheduling, and rates to ensure an effective and socially relevant campaign.
- Provide day-to-day social media support for clients, consulting on creative, copy, and overall positioning.
- Conduct competitor analysis on behalf of clients to identify market trends and opportunities across social strategies.
- Design and deliver interactive decks for pitches, internal communication, and client presentations, showcasing our creative vision and strategy.
- Brief the production team on creative requirements, ensuring marketing objectives are met while maintaining cutting-edge creative execution.
- Produce video, still, and graphic assets using Adobe Suite as needed, maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
- Scout up-and-coming creatives on social media, identifying talent that aligns with our clients' brand objectives.
- Contribute to the ideation, planning, and execution of IRL activations and events, ensuring seamless integration with our digital campaigns.
- Write compelling copy for ad campaigns.
- Work closely with our data analysis team to produce meaningful internal and external reports that drive positive change.
Who you are:
- You have a proven expertise in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content strategy.
- You are an inspired self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, you pride yourself on your work ethic and are able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- You are socially savvy with a real-time understanding of social trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, leveraging this knowledge when developing new content.
- You are a creative digital native proficient in Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, and all relevant social media platforms.
- You are able to work effectively within both creative and technical teams.
- You are an effective communicator, conveying complex concepts with clarity and charisma within your team and in client interactions.
