Role Overview
Leap is on the hunt for a motivated and emerging talent in the field of Business Strategy & Operations team. If you're passionate about crypto, especially Cosmos, and are eager to kickstart or advance your career by making meaningful contributions in the web3 arena, we've got the perfect opportunity for you. As a Business Associate, you'll play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships within various segments of the ecosystem, aiding in growth through strategic collaborations, and supporting the development of innovative B2B products.
Skillsets
- Technical Knowledge (Medium): A good understanding of crypto, with a particular interest in Cosmos. Experience in other crypto projects, either as a junior product manager or in a support role for partnerships/marketing within a crypto firm, would be beneficial.
- Sales Skills (Medium): Basic business sense with an eagerness to learn and develop the ability to build and maintain valuable partnerships.
- Communication Skills (Medium-High): Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable in digital communication platforms like Discord and Telegram. Willingness to engage in partner-facing communication and support in hosting AMAs.
- Project Management Skills (High): Organized and attentive to details, with the capability to support partner campaign implementations.
- Marketing Skills (Medium): Ability to assist in designing and executing partner marketing campaigns under guidance.
- Relationships (Medium): Keen to expand network and connections within the Cosmos ecosystem through active engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationships: Assist in managing relationships with partners, including chains, dApps, NFT projects, and identifying new partnership opportunities with emerging ecosystem players like centralized exchanges, hardware wallets, and fiat on-ramps etc.
- Business Development: Support in establishing connections with potential partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones, contributing insights on partner activities.
- Strategy and Development of B2B Products: Support the outreach, trial, and conversion processes for B2B products. Help identify Leap's capabilities that could be productized and sold.
- Marketing: Support partner-facing aspects of marketing campaigns, both partner-driven and internal (e.g., app browser push).
- Integrations: Assist in Leap's integration on dApps, ensuring documentation quality and managing project follow-ups for smooth integration.
- Communication: Support in representing Leap in AMAs and hosting AMA series with partners in the Cosmos ecosystem.
- Product Roadmap: Contribute to maintaining a partner-driven product roadmap and support internal collaboration for prioritization and execution.
- Process Excellence: Assist in managing the Business Development and Partnership process, helping to develop and maintain trackers, weekly priorities, and quarterly goals. Advocate for efficient practices within Partnership Management at Leap.
