We're excited to offer an opportunity for creative and forward-thinking candidate to join our team as content writing Manager. As initial hires, you will work with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, brochures, email copies, and much more while contributing to real-world projects and enhancing your skills in writing. This position is designed to provide valuable learning experiences and insights into the world of content and copies. This role provides an ideal environment to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative industry.

Responsibilities:

Review and contribute to the development of the content strategy, outlining key themes and goals for upcoming projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, current events, and popular topics to ensure content relevance and resonance.

Collaborate with the team to generate innovative content ideas through creative sessions.

Dive into content creation, including articles, videos, graphics, and multimedia, translating ideas into engaging material.

Review and edit content for quality, brand alignment, and error-free output.
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.

Review and edit content for clarity, coherence, and consistency.

Proofread materials to identify and rectify grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.

Apply basic SEO principles to optimize content for search engines, enhancing online visibility.

Monitor content performance using analytics tools, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Attend meetings with the marketing team, project managers, or stakeholders, providing updates and aligning efforts.

Requirements:

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or any related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have a content portfolio with your examples of your previous work.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Candidate should have a good command of the English language, be able to write engaging pieces/ conversational messages and be up to date with viral content trends.

Familiarity with SEO best practices.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Basic understanding of content creation tools and platforms.

Compensation:

It's a contractor position. It’s not a position with a salary as of now, you will be compensated on a profit-sharing basis on each project depending upon your stake of contribution and performance on terms and conditions.

The range of compensation mentioned in the post varies based on the availability and the value of the projects
