Recyclify is an emerging startup in the cleantech space focusing on sustainability and recycling of waste. We are a waste management company operating PAN India that collaborates with companies/brands/producers to responsibly dispose and recycle their e-waste/battery waste. As a marketplace, Recyclify partners with 100+ authorised recyclers/refurbishers across India to channelise the waste collected, and further promote circular economy. The company contributes to society by being the most responsible company in the waste management ecosystem, with a focus on having a social impact of our work.

Through our bidding mechanism and full transparency, we provide highest value to both waste generators and recyclers PAN India. We are growing 50% MoM in terms of revenue and already working with brands such as Pharmeasy, Vogo, Bounce, Lokal, RAC and many more.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, and building a pipeline of tech companies/organisation who want to dispose/sell their IT assets. You will play a key role in presenting the advantages of partnering with us and contributing towards a circular economy.

As a Business Development associate specialising in the tech sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base. You will be directly working with the founder and the remaining founding team. As an early stage employee, you will get exposure to multiple departments in the startup and ownership of your work. You are free to contribute your ideas and involve in business related execution.

Qualifications

Onboarding new companies/bulk consumers looking to dispose their ewaste/IT assets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in lead generation
Experience in waste management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
