Description:
As our Operations Manager, you would be one of the first hires for the company and dedicated to being an all-around team member. We hope you would grow with us and be a key contributor to a fast-growing company with immense potential to scale. We don't expect expertise in fine diamond jewelry, but we do expect an appetite to learn and stretch your creativity with us. We hope you will consider joining us on this journey!

Qualifications:

• Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills
• Positive, tech-savvy, patient, people person
• Lives in Houston, TX and available in-office
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (ie. Excel, Word, etc)
• Nice to Have: social media management and content creation experience

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting visitors in the Privosa Showroom
• Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Assisting with jewelry and custom orders
• Receiving and delivering packages
• Organizing paperwork and billing
• Assisting with e-commerce inventory management
• Advising clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care, and company policy through personalized consults and follow-up
