About the job
- Responsibilities:
- ✔️ Ensuring the lease is correctly signed
- ✔️ Scheduling tours and maintenance
- ✔️ Handling renewals
- ✔️ Keeping accurate leasing records
- ✔️ Reviewing Applications and supporting documents
- ✔️ Verifying income and rental history
- ✔️ Screening applications and determining approval or denial of applications
- ✔️ Ordering, reviewing, sending, and coordinating full lease packets
- ✔️ Utilizing google docs to keep leasing department organized
- Qualifications:
- ✔️ Not “salesy”
- ✔️ Good people skills
- ✔️ Confidence to speak to business owners and managers
- ✔️ Proficiency (or able to learn VERY quickly):
- ✔️ At least C1 or C2 level of English communication
- ✔️ Experience with using Google sheets and other Google applications
- ✔️ Experience working as Sales and Development is a huge plus
- ✔️ WITH Real Estate background with experience as broker is a plus
