Responsibilities:
✔️ Review all documents to verify correct signature and dates
✔️Data entry into CRM used
✔️Understand contracts in order to summarize all important terms, conditions and contingency dates
✔️Communicate with the agent throughout the transaction
✔️Draft any contract addendum needed and keep records of them
✔️Enter listings in MLS
✔️Commission info for Broker
Qualifications:
✔️Deadline driven and extremely organized
✔️Excellent attention to details
✔️Strong English communication skills
✔️Experience with tools such as Brivity, DotLoop and/ DocuSign, Google Suite
✔️Experience with handling scripts and dialogues
✔️WITH experience in Transaction Coordination
✔️WITH Real Estate background
