About the job

Responsibilities:

✔️Respond to emails and phone calls
✔️Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects from provided leads or a prospect database.
✔️Schedule meetings/ Appointments
✔️Accommodations
✔️Manage a contact list
✔️ Provide customer service as first point of contact
✔️ Cold calling real estate agents
✔️ Drive leads & schedule appointments with motivated sellers
✔️ Communicate with team lead
✔️ Follow up and convert long term leads into appointments Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
✔️ Experience with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
✔️ Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
✔️ Experience with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook)
✔️ Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
✔️ Excellent time management and organizational skills
✔️ At least 2 years experience as cold caller
✔️ At least 3 years of Real Estate background
