About the job

We are a software development company. We have primarily worked with enterprises and startups who often wants to build a product from scratch. Our mission is to build software with solid foundations, addressing the primary concerns of startup founders when working with agencies.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and generating leads for our software development services. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, building relationships and understanding their business needs to position our agency as the ideal partner for their software development projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the US tech industry, focusing on startups and companies seeking custom software development.
  2. Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media) to introduce our agency and schedule initial discovery calls.
  3. Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess potential clients' needs, budget, and project scope, qualifying them as potential leads.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are followed up on in a timely manner.
  5. CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to record and update customer interactions, track progress, and analyze sales data.

About you:

  1. 3+ years of proven experience in generating leads, and/or sales in software services or SaaS business in US market.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  5. If you are an ex-founder or early stage team member of startup, that would be preferred.
