Job Title: Expert Systems Architect (Onsite)
Payrate: $60 to $65 per hour
Location: Albany, NY – Onsite

Qualifications:

• Systems Architect with expertise in defining computerized system architectures to meet specific requirements, including system breakdown, component interactions, and technology selection.
• Expert level with 84+ months of experience, providing guidance to large teams and extensive industry knowledge.
• 84 months of experience translating business requirements into technical and security infrastructure designs, covering data flows, system interfaces, authentication, etc.
• Proficiency as a Windows Server Administrator, handling COTS business application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with L3 Analytical and Technical support of COTS/business application interfaces, system interconnects, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using tools like WireShark, Splunk, and PowerShell scripting for system analysis and automation.

Day-to-Day tasks:

• Architect technology solutions aligning with business requirements and technical standards.
• Troubleshoot OS configurations, networking, and storage for COTS applications.
• Collaborate with vendors and business areas for COTS installation and testing.
• Review existing systems architecture and propose enhancements.
• Provide mentoring and technical support to team members.
• Analyze system implementations and recommend improvements.
• Script management tasks for automation.
• Utilize ticketing systems for incident management and tracking.
